I'm a workout behind. :( I don't know whether to try and catch up or just wipe the slate clean and start fresh with tomorrow's run. Ugh. guilt. This will be the first one I have skipped so far. There was a whole schedule shake up this week and it messed me all up. :( :( :( :( :(
ok, my advice is to just move forward. missed workouts don't make a bit of diference if you just keep pushing forward. For me, when I tried to make up the lost time, I got more screwed up. I have missed several. I just pick up on what ever is due that day and that seems to work best for me. I got to go 8 miles today. not looking forward to that!
Well, started my 8 mile run with my ipod hooked up and ready to go. I ran out of batteries at about 4.5 miles. So I have no idea how far I walked. I can't calculate it by pace, because I significantly reduced my pace at about the same time. I think I did 8 miles, but there is no way to know at this time.
Will log into nike+ to get my progress to date, but it won't be completely accurate.
We're a group of average ladies looking to push ourselves to accomplish something awesome. Some of us want to lose weight, some of us just want the challenge itself. Our first goal is complete: run/walk a half marathon!
